                                Stainless Steel 304 12 Meter Curved Street Light Pole

Feature：

This 4.0mm(0.157inches) thick stainless steel lamp post has 76mm(3 inches) diameter taper at the top with a 220mm(8.67inches) butt diameter at the base.It measures 12meters(40feet) tall,and made from stainless steel 304.The stainless steel lamp poles are praised for easy installation, weather & rust resistance, perfect finish, high strength, and durability. Extensively used in streets,road junction, town centers, airport apron lighting, motorways, service area, railway yard lighting, docks & harbors, industrial area, car parks,driveways.

Pole:

The pole shaft is made from austenitic stainless steel 304 steel plate of one-piece construction .The shaft is curved by CNC stretch benders.

Luminaires Arms：

The single arm is 3.5 meters(11.4feet) high ,made from a single piece steel plate construction ,either an integral part of the pole shaft .

Hand Hole：

The door hatch is cut at 0.5m from the base end of the pole assembly by robot laser cutting machine .A covered hand hole with hardware and grounding bolts are provided.

Anchor Base:

The base plate provided with slotted holes to allow easy anchor bolts to installation , is fabricated from ASTM A240 stainless steel .The base plate and pole shaft is circumferentially welded top and bottom.

Anchor Bolts:

Fabricated from galvanized steel Q235B ,Bolts are provided with four foundation bolts which have an "L" bend on lower end and one flat washers.The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

Finish:  

The standard finish for the steel lighting post includes satin brush ,clear anodized and polished finished.Additional finish options are available according to customers’ request. Please consult suppliers for special finishing .
