Feature

This 20 Feet Tapered Lighting Poles are manufactured using the raw material aluminum alloy 6063T6 with excellent hardness, heat resistant, corrosion resistance .The welding at the base plate is perfectly neat and beautiful. Because of the characteristics: pleasing in appearance, easy installation and maintenance, it is widely applied in modern infrastructure. The conical aluminum alloy light pole is available in mounting heights from 20 feet 6meters, with a wall thickness 0.15inches.The bottom diameter is 166 mm(6.54inches) and tapers to 76mm(3 inches) in the diameters at the top .

Pole

The pole shaft is extruded into a round tapered from a seamless aluminum pipe by our CNC spinning machine which can spin from light poles of different diameters.

Door Panel

The oval door plate is made from material aluminum 6063, and the door is cut by advanced robot laser cutting machine and fixed by the bolts.

Door Frame

The door hatch is cut by advanced robot laser cutting machine. The gap between the door plate and hatch is less than 0.5mm.After deburring,the edge is smooth.

Anchor Base

The base plate is cast from die-cast aluminum ASTM A36.

Anchor Bolts

Anchor bolts are made from galvanized steel Q235B , and provided with four foundation bolts and one flat washers. The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

Finish

The standard finish for the curved light pole is satin brush clear anodized and powder coated. When the surfaced is treated with satin brush, its outline is beautiful.

Color

Natural Aluminum finish is our standard aluminum light poles color. Additional finish option are available upon request.
