Feature：

This landscape lamp post made from the high quality material stainless steel 304 grade ,which has 170mm (5.24inches) pole base diameter and 140 OD taper at the top .it’s 3 meters (10ft) tall with a wall thickness of 5.0mm ( 0.197inches).

Landscape lamp post can Light up pathways, walkways and garden edges is both functional and appealing, making walking safer and beautiful.  Depending on your application, you may need different techniques.

Pole:

The pole shaft is round tapered,made from austenitic stainless steel 304 steel plate of one-piece construction,the seam of  the post is welded by plasma welding automatically equipment.

Luminaries Arms：

The lamp arms are a integral part of the pole shaft . The arms is welded to the pole shaft.

Hand Hole：

The door hatch is cut at 0.4m from the base end of the pole assembly by robot laser cutting machine .A reinforce covered hand hole with hardware and grounding bolts are provided.

Anchor Base:

The base plate is square with slotted holes for anchor bolts, fabricated from ASTM A240 stainless steel .The base plate and pole shaft is circumferentially welded top and bottom.

Anchor Bolts:

Anchor bolts per ASTM A576. Nuts washers and threaded portion of bolt are hot dip galvanized,Bolts are provided with four foundation bolts and flat washers.The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

Finished:  

The standard finish for the landscape lamp post is polished finished for superior weatherability characteristics. .Additional finish options are available according to customers’ request. Please consult suppliers for special finishing .
