9m 30 foot Single Arm Seamless aluminum Round Tapered Lamp Post

Feature：

This single arm seamless aluminum conical lamp pole , fabricated from aluminum alloy 6063-T6，has 80mm (3.15inches) diameter taper at the top with a 180mm (7.08inches) butt diameter at the base.it measures 9 meters (30ft) tall with a wall thickness of 4.0mm ( 0.157inches).Variable arm length is 1.5m(4.92feet）.The shape design include two section :conical pole shaft ,semi-oval lamp arm.The unique shape is an ideal choice to lighten entrances, walkways,street, driveway，motorroad and commercial areas .

Pole:

The pole shaft is spun tapered from a seamless aluminum tubing and heat treated to T6 temper.The pole shaft can be drilled to manufacturer’s specifications for mounting luminaires.

Luminaires Arms：

The single arm is round tapered ,either an integral part of the pole shaft . The lamp arm passes directly through the rod body,and fixed by welding.

Hand Hole：

The door hatch is cut at 0.5m from the base end of the pole assembly by robot laser cutting machine .Each poles are provides a reinforce covered hand hole with 100*300mm size , hardware and grounding bolts .

Anchor Base:

The base plate is cast from die-cast aluminum ASTM A36.

Anchor Bolts:

Fabricated from galvanized steel Q235B ,Bolts are provided with four foundation bolts which have an "L" bend on lower end and one flat washers.The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

Finish:

Our standard aluminum light pole color is Natural Aluminum finish.Additional finish options are available according to customers’ request. Please consult suppliers for special finishing .
