•Feature：

This outdoor garden lighting aluminium tapered pole ,constructed from aluminum alloy 6063-T6 is 5 meters(16feet) with a wall thickness 4.0mm(0.157inches).The bottom diameter is 152 mm(5.98inches) and tapers to 127 mm(3.15inches) in diameter at the top and maximum EPA rating of 8.8 at 120 mph . The garden light pole has a triangular design can be used with different styles of luminaries and . Aluminum tapered pole manufactured meet all applicable material ASTM standards. All welders keep more than 20 years welding experience.

•Pole:

The pole shaft is inverted cone shape extruded from seamless aluminum pipe grade and heat treated to T6 temper.

•Luminaries Arms：

The lamp arms are bent in a semicircle from a round aluminum alloy tube.They are a separate section of the pole shaft which were fixed onto the pole by welded. 

•Door Frame：

The door hatch is cut by advanced robot laser cutting machine with high accuracy and efficiency.The gap between the door plate and hatch is less than 0.5mm.After deburring,the edge is smooth. a reinforce cover,grounding bolts,hardware are provided for aluminium tapered poles.

•Anchor Base:

The base plate is made from die-cast aluminum ASTM A36 .The completed assembly are heat treat to produce T6 temper.

•Anchor Bolts:

Anchor bolts are made from galvanized steel Q235B ,the bolt is provided with four foundation bolts and two flat washers.Bolts have an "L" bend on one end .The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

•Finish:  

The standard finish for this aluminium tapered poles is satin brushed finished .Aluminum satin brush natural anodized is the finishing we highly recommend.Other finish option are available upon request.

•Color:  

Super durable powder coat is the standard option for the aluminium tapered poles Aluminium colour is conventional color. Other colors and custom colors options are available at a surcharge.Please consult your special finishing colors for us before make order.
