Feature:

This single arm conical street lamp post are manufactured using the raw material austanic stainless steel 304, it is 9 meter high with a wall thickness of 3.0mm to 5.0mm(0.11inches to 0.19inches),Variable arm length from 1.2meter to 1.5meter (3.9inches to 5.9inches) with single arm type .Resist wind speed from 140 Km/hour up to 250Km/hour.
The primary design requirements for these led street lamp posts are adequate corrosion performance for the service environment, excellent fatigue strength, and, in some applications, impact toughness. While carbon steel, iron and aluminum are more commonly used for pole applications, stainless steel’s superior performance in all of these design categories makes it the most cost effective long-term choice.

Pole:

Round tapered pole shafts conform to ASTM A240 Grade 304 stainless steel standards.

Luminaires Arm:

The luminaire arm is round tapered, fabricated from stainless steel and is a separate section of the pole shaft. The lamp arm joint are fixed by welding.

Door Frame：

The door hatch is cut by advanced robot laser cutting machine . The gap between the door plate and hatch is less than 0.5mm.A reinforced handhole with cover, grounding bolts, and hardware is provided with each pole assembly.

Base Plate:

The base plate is fabricated from ASTM A36 carbon steel or ASTM A240 stainless steel plate.The base is fabricated with slotted bolt holes to allow for a +/- 0.5” variance in listed nominal bolt circle size.

Anchor Bolts:

Anchor bolts are made from galvanized steel Q235B.Provided with four foundation bolts and with flat washers and nuts.The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

Finish: 

The standard finish for the outdoor led street lamp post is satin brushed finished and painted to yellow .Additional finish options are available according to customers’ request. Please consult sales representatives for special requirement.

Color:

Our standard aluminum light pole color is Natural Aluminum color. White,black and brown colors are conventional color,other colors and custom colors options are available at a surcharge.
