1. How many factories / workshops do you have?

We have five factories. The first one is in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province which mainly produce aluminum pole products.

The second factory is in Shishan Town, Foshan City, Guangdong Province which mainly produce stainless steel light pole and flagpole.

The third factory is also in Chencun Town, Foshan City, Guangdong Province which mainly produce stainless steel bollard and other customized products.

The fourth factory is also in Chencun Town, Foshan City, which mainly produce stainless steel industry pipe.

The fifth factory is also in Gaoming Town, Foshan City, which mainly produce stainless steel water pipe.

2. How many employees do you have totally?

There’re more than 300 employees totally in our company.

3. What kind of machine do you have in your factory?

Our production machine are including Laser cutting machine ,CNC Spinning Machine, CNC Hydraulic Shearing Machine, Plasma Welding Machine, Circularity Regulation Machine, Pipe Straightening Machine, Air Plasma Cutting Machine, CNC Pole Bending Machine, Water JET Cutting Machine, Polishing Machine, etc.

4. Which countries do you export to mainly?

Our products have been widely exported to United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Holland, Germany, Spain, Dubai, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.

5. What kind of quality certificates do you have?

We have passed many international quality certificates including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001, SGS AS, etc and obtained more than 50 patent certificates.

6. What is your MOQ of the standard products?

The MOQ of flagpole is 1 nos.

The MOQ of light pole is 10 nos.

The MOQ of bollard is 20 nos.

7. How can I get a price of your products?

Please send us the drawing with all the specifications, we will give you an exact price. Or please give the dimensions such as height, wall thickness, material, top and bottom diameter.

8. We have our own drawing. Can you help me to produce the sample which we designed?

Yes, we can. Our mission is to help customers to be successful. So it's welcome if we can help you and make your design come true.

9. Do you offer sample before the order confirmed?

Yes, we do. Yaolong team is a responsible and positive team, we attach great importance to sample quality and specifications. To provide our customers with the best products is our responsibilities.

10. What is your warranty?

The warranty of lighting pole is 5 years.

The warranty of flag pole shaft is 1 year .1 year warranty for accessories.

The warranty of bollard is 2 years.

11. Do you also supply led light for the lighting pole?

We can supply lighting poles with the LED lights.

12. Can you supply flag pole accessories without flagpole?

Sorry, we don’t supply flag pole accessories without poles.

13. Can you customize special poles?

Yes, we can do that with our design team. Please send us the drawings and photos.

14. What kind of surface treatment do you apply?

Stainless steel pole: polished finish, satin brush finish, titanium finish, powder coated, Aluminum alloy pole: anodized, powder coated, satin brush finish.
