Feature:

The series of aluminum street Light Pole is basically designed and widely used in streets and driveways.This 3mm thick single arm aluminum light pole has 76mm(3inches) diameter taper at the top with a 166mm(6.5inches) butt diameter at the base.It measures 6meter (20 feet) tall,and made from stainless steel 304. This light pole is new modern design which consist of two section,combine of stainless steel and aluminum process technology

Pole:

Gourd shape pole shaft is made of  aluminum 6063-t 6  and the Round lamp arm conform to ASTM A240 Grade 304 stainless steel standards.

Luminaires Arms:

The luminaire arm is round tapered, made from stainless steel and is a separate section of the pole shaft. The lamp arm joint are fixed by bolts.

Hand Hole:

The door hatch is cut by advanced robot laser cutting machine . The gap between the door plate and hatch is less than 0.5mm.A reinforced handhole with cover, grounding bolts, and hardware is provided with each pole assembly.

Anchor Base:

The base plate is fabricated from ASTM A36 carbon steel or ASTM A240 stainless steel plate.The base is fabricated with slotted bolt holes to allow for a +/- 0.5” variance in listed nominal bolt circle size.

Anchor Bolts:

Fabricated from galvanized steel Q235B .Providing with foundation bolts which have an "L" bend at the end and with nuts and flat washers.The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

Finish:

The standard finish for this street light pole is satin brushed finished.Additional finish options are available according to customers’ request. Please consult sales representatives for special finishing.
