Feature：

This outdoor garden pole lighting is constructed from aluminum alloy 6063-T6.It measures 5 meters(16.4feet) with a wall thickness 4.0mm(0.157inches).The bottom diameter is 152mm(5.98inches) and tapers to 80mm(3.15inches) in diameter at the top.The design of this light poles are retro,unique and attractive, extensively suitable for courtyard,garden,front porch,parks,paths,etc.

Pole：

 The pole shaft is straight round shape extruded from seamless aluminum pipe grade 6063-T6 heat treated.

Luminaires Arms：

The lamp arms are curved from a round tube .They are a separate section of the pole shaft which were fixed onto the pole shaft by welded. 

Door Frame：

The door hatch is cut by advanced robot laser cutting machine with high accuracy and efficiency.The gap between the door plate and hatch is less than 0.5mm.After deburring,the edge is smooth.Each pole is provided a reinforce cover,grounding bolts,hardware.

Anchor Base:

The base plate is made from die-cast aluminum ASTM A36 .The completed assembly are heat treat to produce T6 temper.

Anchor Bolts:

Anchor bolts are made from galvanized steel Q235B ,the bolt is provided with four foundation bolts and two flat washers.The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

Finish:  

The standard finish for this aluminum lighting column is black powder coat .Aluminum satin brush natural anodized is the finishing we highly recommend.

Color:  

Super durable powder coat is the standard option for the aluminium street lighting poles White,black and brown colors are conventional color. Other colors and custom colors options are available at a surcharge.Please consult your special finishing colors for us before make order.
