Feature：

This ARC conical shaped aluminum outdoor light pole is fabricated from aluminum alloy 6063-T6 with extruded process and without any longitudinal welding .Common shaft length is from 5 to12meters high (16.4feet ~40feet) with a wall thickness 3.0mm-5.0mm(0.0118inches~0.196inches).The bottom diameter is 152mm(6 inches) and tapers to 76mm(3 inches) in diameter at the top.The design of this curved shape lamp pole is basic and modern style,particularly suitable for street, villas, parks,square,commercial grade area. etc.

Pole：

The pole shaft is extruded and spun from seamless aluminum pipe heat treated to produce aT6 temper.

Luminaires Arms：

The single arms are round tapered from seamless alloy aluminum tube.The lamp arm length is 0.5m (1.6inches) that may be drilled to manufacturer’s specifications for mounting luminaires.

Door Frame：

The door hatch is usually oval and round shaped, cut by advanced robot laser cutting machine with high accuracy and efficiency.The gap between the door plate and hatch is less than 0.5m.After deburring,the edge is smooth.

Anchor Base:

The base plate is cast from aluminum ASTM A36 and is circumferentially welded to the shaft.

Anchor Bolts:

Anchor bolts are rolled from galvanized steel Q235B ,and are provided with four foundation bolts and one flat washers sized to match the anchor bolts .The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

Finish: 

The standard finish for the light pole includes satin brush clear anodized and powder coated.Aluminum satin brush natural anodized is the finishing we highly recommend.

Color:

 Super durable powder coat and satin brush clear anodized are the standard option for the aluminium street light poles. White,black and brown colors are conventional color. Other colors and custom colors options are available at a surcharge.Please consult your special finishing colors for us before make order.
